Rule 19
Admission of sick and unwell children

(1) When admitting sick and unwell children, the Children's Correctional Home should also consider the following conditions:-
(a) Whether or not the behavior and expression of the child is abnormal,
(b) Whether bruises and bruises are seen on the children's body or not.
(2) If the condition mentioned in sub-rule (1) is observed, the probation officer and juvenile court should be informed about the condition of the affected children.
(3) Sub-rule (1). Child reform homes should immediately provide necessary medical treatment, legal aid and psychosocial counseling services to children who have been diagnosed with the condition.
(4) When providing services as per sub-rule (3), the information about the need and results of such services in a language that children can understand must be given in a child-friendly environment.
